Get a Schnucks Club Card
TDS is now registered at Schnucks grocery store through the e-Script program. This allows Schnucks to make a contribution to TDS based on a percentage of your grocery loyalty card purchases.
Important Note: On the e-Script page, it states that you may register your credit card or debit card. However, as of now, TDS is only registered with Schnucks. Schnucks does not track credit cards or debit cards. Because of this, you must have a Schnucks card in order for Schnucks to track your spending. The Schnucks card is not a credit card. It simply is a club card that you do not pay for. You may pick up a card for free at any service desk at a Schnucks grocery store. In order for Schnucks to donate to TDS, you must have your Schnucks card present when checking out.
How it works:
- Pick up a Schnucks card at a local Schnucks grocery store.
- Register your Schnucks card here.
- To support TDS, when registering your Schnucks card you must type in Tanzania Development Support in the “search for a group box.”
- Schnucks will make a contribution to TDS based on purchases you have made by using the Schnucks card.
- You can track your purchases online and see how much money has been donated on your behalf.
eScript is one of the nation’s leading community funding systems, enabling people to donate to their favorite charities with the swipe of card. Tanzania Development Support is thankful for the opportunity to partner with eScript and Schnucks and connect with local area residents as we all come together to empower the Tanzanian people.
Join Us on a Trip to Tanzania
Every summer, we take a group to Tanzania to work on our projects. In even-numbered years, we take groups of university students to work on projects and learn about development through experiential learning. In odd-numbered years, we take combined groups of students and volunteers to work on major construction projects. Click the relevant link below to find out more.
