Ngorongoro Crater Views

The air was cool with a brisk breeze, and that made for clear views from the rim to the crater floor on Wednesday (6 June), when we drove from Arusha into the Serengeti. The bonus was being able to see a pair of rhinos in near a chain of ponds on the floor immediately below the viewing area. That was the first of the Big Five we would see on the safari toward Musoma through the Serengeti this year. It was a great start to this leg of the study abroad trip.
